RevDex Terms of Service

Welcome to RevDex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevDex mobile application and related services ("RevDex," "we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using RevDex, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use RevDex.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws.

• Attempt to access accounts that are not yours.

• Interfere with the operation or security of RevDex.

• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

• Use automated bots to manipulate leaderboards or challenges.

• Abuse or exploit bugs within the app.

4. Vehicle Identification

Vehicle identification results are provided for informational purposes.

While we strive for accuracy, RevDex cannot guarantee every identification is correct.

Always verify important information through additional sources when necessary.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, notes, and other content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant RevDex a limited license to store and display that content solely for operating the service.

6. Leaderboards

Participation in public leaderboards is optional.

RevDex reserves the right to remove fraudulent or manipulated entries.

7. Intellectual Property

The RevDex application, branding, logos, design, and software are owned by RevDex and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of RevDex without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security of the platform.

Users may delete their account at any time.

9. Disclaimer

RevDex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevDex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of RevDex after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
